View Ad Details If you have decided you are trained and prepared to accept the additional responsibilities of obtaining an Oregon Concealed Handgun License, this class is for you. Now taking sign ups. Classes held weeknights from 6pm - 9pm. Located near Hwy 26 and Murray Blvd Certified NRA instructor, with training in lethal force under Massad Ayoob, provides quality instruction that exceeds state competency requirements for the concealed handgun license. Upon completion you will receive certification documents required to apply for the permit in all counties in the state of Oregon. Along with Oregon, the CHL qualifies you to carry concealed in 12 additional states. Course content includes: o Firearm Safety & Gun Handling o Ammunition o Safe Storage of Firearms o Gun Rights In Oregon o Carrying Concealed In Oregon o Use Of Lethal Force This is a non-shooting course. Course fee includes a copy of the excellent book, Understanding Oregon's Gun Laws by Kevin Starrett. This is a must-have book for anyone who owns a firearm in Oregon. Course Fee: $45.
